R12.1.3 Patch application ( R12.HR_PF.B.delta.7 Release 12.1 HRMS RUP7)- multi-language version need

Hello,

We are trying to apply the rollup patch R12.HR_PF.B.delta.7 Release 12.1 HRMS RUP7 for an existing GL issue but there was a message from the patch which suggested it should not be applied - note that we are using the multi-language installation with English and French languages installed. Could you please provide the relevant version?

The message is as follows (please see attached):
“This base patch contains files which may require translation
depending on the languages you currently have installed.

Oracle Corporation recommends that you obtain any translated versions of this
patch for each of your non-US languages PRIOR to applying this base patch.
