Is it possible to enable Revaluate Funding on a Project

Hi,

Is it possible to enable Revaluate Funding on a project on which funding/events etc has already been created?

When I try to check that for existing project I get an error message "FRM 40734 Internal Error PL SQL Error occurred". 

I am able to enable for projects that have been created after project type was enabled for funding revaluation.

Should I create an SR?
