Siebel Service Request ASI Webservice returns only 20 rows with the QueryPage opération

Hello Oracle community,

We are working with Siebel 8.1.1.11 IP 2013, and we have implemented some business requirements using the Service Request ASI Webservice.

Now, we are facing an issue with the ServiceRequestQueryPage method, as it only returns 20 rows in the XML Response message, when we find more than 50 records in the database. When we try the same query (with the same inputs) in Siebel Applets, it returns the right number of rows.

We have checked EAI parameters in the Siebel Server Configuration Panel, but we still didn't find any solution.

Any idea about it ?
