We are using PAC anda LCM in South America. Can someone explain the difference between the ACQADJ t

ACQADJ transactions are created in the organization where the receipt occurred, PACLCMADJ are created in the Master Org.  One appears to be related to LCM but what triggers this transaction to be created?
