Does anybody have info on the WO labor dates? (P13732 Planned finish date DRQJ)

Hi. I'm looking for information on what the idea or the use for the planned start and finish dates in P13732, and can't find anything decent in the library.

I understand that the Planned finish date on P13732, which is field DRQJ, can take the value from the DRQJ in P13714, which is the Requested date.

I would like to know if anybody knows what's the idea of using the same field with different descriptions? Is there some requested date/planned finish date philosophy I'm missing? Or why not use DPL for planned in both instead? Is this related to the fact that the fields were inversed before?
