Contact First Name and Last Name being populated with value: INFO_REQ_PRE

Hi,

We are facing some issue in our Siebel CRM production environment.

We have a process where by child MSISDN can be created under a parent MSISDN (provided parent Service Account is already created).

What we do here is to check for the Active parent Service Account and if it there then copy all the parent contact and address details and then create the child Service Account, Contact & Address with those details.

Most of the time this process works fine, but in some case as given below, child contact details are not being copied properly from the parent contact even though they are present at parent level.
