Query orders by ship to country

Hi, we have a situation where, multiple country orders are grouped under a particular operating unit, for ex, Country A, Country B etc are grouped under a particular operating unit OU. So if we need to query a Country A order, then providing the operating unit name in the filter, will not just Country A orders but also the other country orders like Country B etc.

In the order management workbench, there is no field for ship to country so that I can query and fetch only orders corresponding to a particular country. I checked the folder tools to see if I can add the ship to country field, however I could not find any such attribute to add.
