Siebel Enterprise configuration failing during the gateway port enable step.

when ever i try to configure Siebel Enterprise configuration i am getting error at Gateway port enable step. At the end  step  error message displayed as  "Server Configuration wizard failed with error , please see the log file for details".

which location i can find this log? is there a way to increase the log level ? Appreciate any help to resolve this issue.Is there any specific settings in widnows server need to be done before running this step?



I am using windows 2008 server

Siebel 8.2 .2.0 server new installation
