Siebel OpenUI - 'EnableOpenUI = TRUE' for tools cfg

Hello,

I'm reading "Configuring Siebel Open UI / Siebel Innovation Pack 2014 / November 2014" and at page 127 there is section "Preparing Siebel Tools to Customize Siebel Open UI". In this section it is wroten to add "EnableOpenUI = TRUE" for '.cfg' file.

I know that we need this parameter to run dedicated client in Open UI  mode however I don't know is there any point to add it also for tools cfg.

Does anyone knows is there a point to add this parameter also for tools cfg?
