ILOM snapshit hwdiag link speed showing as slow mode

The file @usr@local@bin@hwdiag_system_info.out in hwdiag is showing this.

The link speed is showing as SLOW_MODE. Any idea what does this mean?

is this normal?

can we ignore this?

Any way to improve the performance?
