Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. files in Solaris 10 branded zone which resides on Solaris 11 global zone (/root/proc nd /root/system/contract) have world writable files

Are they supposed to have world writeable files ? can we change the permisions on those files ?
