Pricing Engine Request Viewer from Sales Order Tools Menu Missing

Hi All,

Need you Intervention for following Issue:

Pricing Engine Request Viewer tab is Missing from Sales Order Tools Menu. Even through "QP: Debug > Request Viewer On" at user level setup correctly but still it is not showing, from Pricing manager It's showing/working Correctly.

Is there any other set-up/profile to Enable this at Sales Order Tool menu, Following Screenshot I took from test Instance. Both Instance at R12.1.3 Same I need to enable in Prod Instance.
