R12 - how to personalize default country (i.e Hong kong) when i create new address of supplier

Hello,

when i create supplier and new address, I try to personalize the html page "detail address" to put by default the country value. Into the HTML personalization i have changed the initial value but without any impact

path : Supplier / address / create new address

Something is missing ?
