12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 2 (RPC2) causing Deadlock on RAC

Hi All,

We are trying to apply the RPC2 patch for EBS.

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 2 (RPC2) [1920628.1]

Please find attached all the sequence of steps, we have followed so far.

Main patch is hanging at XLA based objects:-

FAILED: file xlaapche.pkh on worker 1.
FAILED: file xlaaperr.pkh on worker 2.
FAILED: file xlajelns.pkh on worker 3.
FAILED: file xlajedfp.pkh on worker 4.

We have tried the following:-


1. Restarted the workers.
2. Stopped the workers and executed the SQL’s directly(Basically, package body creation scripts), but still they are having issues.
3. Compiling the INVALID objects - using utlrp.sql --> stuck at
