Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error while submitting the charge line in SR

Hi All,

I see a error message when i submit charge lines from SR after performing below listed actions

1. Created a charge line with item having 0 unit price.

2.tried to override the price from NET price field but not from override value field.

3.Submit the charge line.

Error:Default modifier must be amount-based in order to support overrides of zero priced items

Below is my understanding but i don't find any supporting metalink docs or user guide's to suggest the same to user.

1.NET price field display's the value of extended price or list price (- minus) the contract discount price.
