Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Old not recognize a new account

Hi everybody

suppliers that were entered ( in11i) before the instance was upgraded to 12g (apps) and 11g (DB)

with the new releases we had to create some Operating Units for financial requirements

after that all new suppliers were entered at OU level and work fine, some users which are coming R11i

are closing old accounts(entered at supplier level) and open news, these new accounts are entered at

OU level and the issue resides on old accounts were closed and opened news but the application when user

going to apply a payment for that supplier not get the new account from the LOV it still remain seeing old account(closed)
