Allow Duplicate Suppliers with Different Tax ID

Hi

Is it possible to setup two vendors with the exact same name, but they have two different Tax Payer IDs?  We have vendors, during our audits, that have a new tax payer id, but the company name has not changed.  We would like to keep both active for reporting.
