PRC: Interface Supplier Costs - run for all currencies, organization at once.

Hi All:

We have over 20 orgs in EBS 12.1.3 and we run this process in a request set with an individual stage for each.  We run into a lot of performance issues because the PAAPIMP_SI program can only be run one org at a time and there are some bugs that are hard to exterminate.  We do not do distributed processing where there a responsible person for each org, only one person is responsbile for all orgs, we just operate globally and so we have to deal with multiple currencies and multiple ledgers.  We really do not need to be processing
