Error on RPAS 14.1 Config Tools (Windows XP)

Hi,

I am encountering the same error (see attached screenshot) as what was posted on: Error Starting RPAS Tools (v14.0.0.0.920 on nt) and responded to by @Kyle Mccollum-Oracle. The issue persists when I am trying to launch the Configuration Tools (v14.1). Below are the steps I did / verified thus far, but to no avail:

  • installed Java 7 (32 bit)
  • installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables
  • PATH has the following (as it appears on Cygwin; paths automatically translated to Cygwin):

/cygdrive/c/Oracle/RPAS14.1.0/RpasServer/bin:

/cygdrive/c/Oracle/RPAS14.1.0/RpasServer/applib:

/cygdrive/c/Oracle/RPAS14.1.0/RpasServer/lib:

/cygdrive/c/Oracle/RPAS14.1.0/ConfigTools/bin:
