Adding two DBAs together into another DBA

Hello. 

I am trying to set up a DBA that adds the balances of 2 other DBAs.  I have an accrual DBA set up for comp time accrued (DBA 8000) and another for vacation accrued (8100).  I set up another DBA (8300) with a basis of calculation DBA 8000 through 8100, with a calculation of 100%.  When I run an interim, the system is calculating 100% of DBA 8100.

I know I've added 2 DBAs before and I thought I did it using calculation tables, but I haven't been successful that way either.
