Planned order date Vs Planned order demand date

We are seeing Planned order generated against Sales order demand in org A as 17th Apr and pegging shows the Planned order is pegged to Planned order demand in Org B on say 19th Apr. What could be the reason...

SO  demand suggested due date is 17th Apr and the item having 2 days lead time, expect the date of planned order demand in Org B as 15th Apr instead...Can any experts pls help out...
