How do I update the Service Request Primary contact?
I hear this question a lot here is the answer:
Did you know you that during the Service Request process you can remove your name which is entered in as the default value and select any other user associated to the same Support Identifier with Service Request create access?
Here is how you can do this:
- On the Create Service Request: Severity/Contact Page > In who should we contact for more information?
- Next your name is an X click this to remove your name, clicking in the Primary Contact Name field will display a list of the available contacts. Only the contacts who have registered with the same Support Identifier with Service Request create and update access are displayed.
