Is there a way for customer to be alerted on support-initiated chat request when their MOS window is
Hi, everyone,
I understand customer can receive notification when they are working on the MOS screen and support initiates a chat request.
If customer's MOS screen is minimized, does their MOS window flash when support initiates a chat request?
Any clarification is greatly appreciated.
I also reviewed this MOS article which didn't have information on this.
