Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. stored outlines 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

Hello,

We patched 2 weeks ago oracle from version 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4.

In 11.2.0.2 we used stored outlines but after patch stored outlines were in status not migrated.

Is it normal? - we had to create outlines from the beggining.

Will we always have to create stored outlines after patching ?

we don't want to user SQL plan baselines right now.
