Survey Receiving Transactions

Hi All

Our business want to setup a survey for receivers to evaluate suppliers during the receiving process.

The survey will be optional, when receiving clerk capture a receipt they have to option to complete a survey

Has anyone ever had similar requirement?

I setup Answers using Scripting but I am stuck don't the default command for GRV Number.

Before I log a SR anyone able to assist?
