Sun Fire X4170 raising my temperature

My Sunfire X4170 is giving me a system fault error and shutting down, checked the SP and shows SPX86-8002-WA checked that out and seems the SYS/MB/T_out2 sensor is exceeding threshold, couple of the fans are running slow (very) but no faulty fans, when swapped out the new fans run slow as well, pls don't say MB.

any help would be appreciated
