cancel requisitions requires funds control

Hi, I need to know why when I cancel a purchase requisition, it requires fund control.

For example: requisition $100 approved

funds availables $ 50

When I cancel the requisition the system displays insufficient funds.

I don´t understand the accounting that the system does
