I am a developer. An end user has asked me questions regarding R03B1693, Statistical Calculation By Collection Manager.

The questions are:

1. What does column "Weighted Days Late" mean?

2. What does column "Avg Days" mean?

I know those fields are from F03B16. I want to give them answers from a business perspective so they will understand.
