ODA Updated to 12.1.2.2.0 - DB PSU SQL Scripts Not Executed

For those of you who have upgraded to ODA 12.1.2.2.0 and went through and used oakcli to apply the database PSUs, was the PSU catbundle.sql script applied? The output on the screen stated the PSUs were applied but when I look at the sys.registry$history view in the database I don't see any record in my 11.2.0.4 and 11.2.0.3 databases.
