During EIS XML Export truncating space from formula (11.1.2.3)

Hi All, During export/import process of EIS metaoutline, somehow the process is truncating spaces from formula and causing outline validation to fail. for example in metaoutline we have formula OR IS(Period="JAN-2016") etc somehow during export it gets converted to ORIS(Period="JAN-2016" so because of missing space between OR and IS outline validation fails. Some other example is with formula having AND IS condition. I am using EIS server on windows 2003 32 bit. Has anyone else encountered this kind of issue? Aware of any work around. Appreciate your help. Thanks,
