Linking Fixed Assets in FA Module for the CCID's to the General Ledger GL CODE COMBINATIONS

When we upgraded to R12.1.3 from 11i, the script I had created to identify possible issues of inactivated accounts in the GL that related to assets in FA that were active and associated to those specific Code Combinations doesn't work properly.  To build a new script using 'TOAD' sql given that many CCIDs are no longer created in FA for the new assets how would I go about trying to link and discover inactive accounts in GL tied to active assets in FA before the month end comes, to save time activating them just close the period?

Since we don't run FA in draft mode can this be determined?  IF ran in draft would it help if so the link then?
