Oracle Reports job fails, restarts(?) and succeeds. How can this happen?

Hi All,

We are using Oracle Reports for printing medical letters. After each letter a registration is made. Once or twice a week a letter is found with a double registration, and this could not happen: a letter should only be printed once.

In the rwEng-0_diagnostic.log I see:
