When will Oracle 12.1.0.2 be certified for OEM 12c R4 repository?

Hi.  We are about to build out our new R4 version of OEM 12c.  We want to use the latest Oracle version for Linux which is 12.1.0.2 but come to find out that version 12.1.0.2 is NOT certified for R4 repository.  I found a message on the internet and said it was originally certified but then it was pulled.   Could someone let me know WHEN 12.1.0.2 will be certified?  We don't want to install 11.2.0.4 and then turn around in a few months to upgrade to 12.1.0.2 as 11.2. is going off support in Jan 2016.  Thanks.
