Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello All,

I have a question.

Do you guys know how does Oracle have a policy for EOL of NetNet OS?

my SBC operates SCX640m3p3 but it will be not supported from Oracle.

I want to know which supportes I am going not to get, after EOL date.

example, I guess I will not get a TAC SW support from Oracle related to 640.

Right?
