Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error when trying Ship Confirm

Hi MOSC, when i trying to ship confirm, i get this following error:

For a Fixed Conversion the secondary quantity cannot deviate.

Error: Quantity 4 could not be unreserved for delivery detail 376087.

Is there any solution for this error?
