Runtime Event is not executing the Workflow process.

Hi Team,

I am trying to execute a workflow using Runtime Event on WriteRecordNew Event. But on meeting the successful criteria, the workflow is not executed.

Detail Description:

I have created a workflow on Action BO for some logic change and email sending. I have created a Runtime Event to process the workflow on WriteRecordNew Event meaning when a new activity is created and saved implicitly, the workflow must run. Please note the following parameter that I have passed in Runtime Event Administration screen:

Events:

Sequence = 2

Object Type: BusComp

Object Name: Action

Event: WriteRecordNew

Action Set Name: OS Check CLM STC Status for New Activity
