hi, help confirm above UBE job is single or multi threaded job ?

I couldnt find the job in  BE: List of UBEs that Must Be Run through a Single Threaded Job Queue in EnterpriseOne (Doc ID 1301768.1)

anyhow, the job can not be run by more than 1 person at same time ? pls clarify further....
