How to solve error 1722: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number has been detect

After searching for a Customer in R12.1.3 , when clicking on Site Details, the page with the Site Details opens and also show the error "Oracle error 1722: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number has been detected in ValueSet.isIdValid.". Client has already applied Patch11870331:R12.AR.B.I couldn't reproduce the issue on a test instance. How to proceed?
