BI Publisher: chart not appearing in output when run from EBS concurrent R12

Hi,

I developed a BI publisher report using RTF Template, default output set to Excel. When I preview in local system, it is working fine.

When I register and run from the EBS (R12) Concurrent, BI publisher report is not showing chart/graph,it ends with warning and just shows XML data.

Warning Message:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: String index out of range: -1

The same report, if I generate with PDF output, it gets completed, but the chart image space is left blank.

Can someone please help
