Workflow Wait Step

Hello,

We have a requirement to update the sales stage of an opportunity when the close date of the opportunity moves in to the next quarter.

For example, the opportunity is raised today (March 9th - QTR 1) with a close date of 30th April with Sales Stage A.

When we move in to  April 1st (QTR 2), the wait step on the workflow should trigger the update of the Sales Stage to stage B. It should trigger because the close date of the opportunity is now in the current quarter.

I've tried using the following on the wait step and it just appears to ignore it.
