iRecruitment: Skills are not showing while filling resume

Hi all,

After clicking on "Add another Skill" i can see the skill type that i have created in lookup codes. But it does not give me option to select.

Where and How to add those all the Skills that i want to populate here on the resume page of i-Recruitment external visitor. So that visitor can add them while filling there resume.
