Get default value on Tax Lines summary Form

Hi All,

Our user is requesting to have default values on certain fields (Regime Code, Tax, Tax Status, Rate Name fields) on “Tax Lines summary” form instead of manually entering them.

Could someone advise how to get default value on “Tax Detail Summary” form?
