All accruals going to same budget even budget is closed or archived

Hi,

I have issue where accruals are going to same budget even the budget is closed/archived. I checked market/product eligibility of this accrual budget. Is it a bug or any setups I need to validate.

I checked profile for "OZF: Validate market and product eligibility between object & budget"= "Validate customer and products by each budget", Still the issue is same.

Can I create multiple offers under accrual budget with different offer start/end dates?
