Hello Community

Would like to ask for a document or guide for implementing the Siebel CRM guide please from zero?

Oracle Siebel CRM 8.1 Implementation Guide / Best Practices Document

W eare planning to do it from zero BUT the customer has an operationaln call center , so maybe we will have todo some data migration from their current system to the CRM  MDM
