Is PR PO behavior correct for cancelled work orders

Hello,

When cancelling a work order (from Released to Cancelled), I've noticed that any PR created from the work order that is already Approved will remain in that status. One can even create a PO from the PR eventhough the work order is cancelled. However,it doesn't seem possible to approve the PO.

It would seem more logical that the PR would get cancelled at the time the work order got cancelled - given that the PO was not yet created and processed.

Is this normal behavior or is there some way to modify the behavior.
