Can Fulfillment Allocation consider inventory from multiple Branch/Plants?

Setup: We have contracted with a 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) Branch/Plant that fulfills all of our Sales Orders.  We run Fulfillment Allocation and send our sales orders to the 3PL Branch/Plant 10 days in advance of when they are to be shipped…this allows the 3PL Branch/Plant enough time to plan their picking schedule.  Certain items are tagged as hazardous (HAZMAT) and so our 3PL cannot store large quantities of these HAZMAT items for extended periods of time.  For these HAZMAT items, we have a separate HAZMAT Branch/Plant, not too far away, that can replenish the 3PL.
