Siebel With Citrix Remote Machines.

HI Experts.,

We are having Siebel Call Center Applications 8.1.1.11 Patchset 12 with Open UI Enabled. Around 8000 Agents are outsourcers working outside US. So max they are using Citrix Machine to work on our Siebel Applications.

We are facing lot of different application issues only at CitriX Environment. Found one oracle article where they provided technote on Citrix - Siebel environment. Attached with this discussion. But it looks it's a 2002 very old document. Do any one have any updated/upgrade docouments

if so please provide me that would be great help for my client.
