gl interface data Status Processed and New

Hello ,

We are on 12.1.1. I am finding some data   in GL interface showing status Processed and New .

Status with NEW is not picked up by Journal > Import > Run.  User Je category name is Payables and Receivables.  We have been only importing the data related to India Localization.

Data from Base is seen first time in GL interface. Pl advice.
