How to update the Po Purchases Dashboard

Does anyone know how to update the PO Purchases Report? This is how to get
to the page:


Daily Procurement Intelligence->PO Purchases Report->PO Purchases.


Our report shows as last updated 2/2014, see attachment. Not sure what triggered it to be
updated and how to update it. It is needed once a year, and our user need it
tomorrow and no one seemed to know how it is updated.
