Hi

Do we have any functionality on EAM OAF pages, where if one user is updating Work Order X, and at same time second user tries to update same Work Order X then he should get some message that Current Work order is being updated by other user and further he should not allow to update the Work Order as well.

Are such UPDATE LOCK available is OAF! Generally we see those in oracle D2K forms where system ask later user to requery the record .
